With care and generosity, we create spaces where history breathes at the pace of the present, where attention to detail meets a warm welcome, so that our guests live unforgettable moments and can, in turn, write their own story here.
In September 2020, three cousins, Louis, Charles and Jean-Philippe, fell under the spell of a manor for sale and decided to take on its restoration. It was the beginning of Belvoir.

The restoration quickly became a family affair. Nine months later, Manoir Davis opened its doors. That same week, Manoir Maplewood was acquired, bringing to life the vision of a network of Québec heritage properties devoted to hospitality.

In December 2025, Manoir Rouville-Campbell joined the Belvoir family, with an opening planned by the end of 2026. And the story is only beginning: one property at a time, Belvoir is bringing Québec's heritage back to life, and opening its doors to those who wish to live it.
