Last updated: July 17, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, venues, and related services operated by Belvoir Property Management Inc. (“Belvoir”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including belvoir.ca and any related pages (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or booking our venues, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Belvoir operates historic manors and event spaces in Quebec, including Manoir Rouville-Campbell, Manoir Davis, Manoir Maplewood, and Espace Platon. Our headquarters are located at 4521 Avenue du Parc, Montréal, Québec H2V 4G9. For questions about these Terms, contact us at (450) 920-1500 or through the Contact page on the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including browsing venue information, submitting inquiries, and reviewing content we publish. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users, scrape content in a manner that overloads our infrastructure, or use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Information on the Site about capacity, pricing, availability, amenities, and packages is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. A booking is formed only when Belvoir (or the relevant venue operator) issues a written confirmation or signed agreement. Any deposit, cancellation, force majeure, insurance, catering, or house-rule terms set out in that agreement prevail over conflicting statements on the Site.
You are responsible for providing accurate event details and for ensuring that your guests comply with venue rules, applicable laws, and any licensing or permit requirements for your event.
All content on the Site—including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, layout, and design—is owned by Belvoir or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or sharing links to publicly available pages.
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example, maps, social networks, or booking partners). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Belvoir is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Belvoir disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is always complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Belvoir and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability arising from Site use shall not exceed CAD $100, except where liability cannot be limited under Quebec or Canadian law (including liability for bodily injury caused by our fault, or for gross negligence or intentional misconduct).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belvoir from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with an inquiry or event, except to the extent caused by Belvoir’s own fault.
Personal information collected through the Site or in connection with bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing confirmed bookings will be communicated as required by the applicable booking agreement or by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts of the district of Montréal, Quebec, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where another forum is required by law.
These Terms may be provided in French and English. In the event of a conflict between versions, the French version shall prevail for users in Quebec, to the extent required by the Charter of the French Language and applicable Quebec law. Elsewhere, the English version may be used for interpretation if both parties agree.
