A menu crafted around your team
At the manor, your retreat's meals begin with the season. Chef Jean-François Méthot and his team work closely with local producers and farmers, letting the region and its harvests shape menus that carry your team from working lunches to memorable dinners.
Teams choose from a curated selection of dishes, with room for personalization. Dietary needs and preferences are accommodated, and wine and beverage pairings are available.
