The manor shapes itself around your retreat, with configurations flexible enough to suit an intimate circle as well as a full group gathering. From l'Orangerie, the manor's celebrated reception hall, to gardens overlooking the Richelieu river, each space carries its own atmosphere, and can be tailored to the rhythm of your program.

A menu crafted around your retreat
At the manor, meals begin with the season. Chef Jean-François Méthot and his team work with local producers, letting the region's harvests shape every menu.
Groups choose from a curated selection of dishes, with room for personalization. Dietary needs and preferences are accommodated, and menus can be designed around your retreat's intentions.
